The majority of reports regarding these technical difficulties came from major cities. Over a twelve-hour period, the highest volume of reports originated from Moscow, accounting for 45 percent of all complaints. St. Petersburg accounted for 12 percent of the messages, while approximately 7 percent of the reports came from the Krasnodar region.
A day earlier, Russian smartphone owners also encountered disruptions in another major platform. Numerous complaints were recorded on the previous day regarding unstable access to the App Store.
