After the parliamentary elections in Russia, a sharp increase in problems with accessing bypass tools was recorded. Over the past seven days, reports of new restrictions have been received from at least ten specialized providers.
Technical issues intensified early in the week, reaching their peak on September 25, when users experienced unstable connections. One provider had to replace eight servers starting September 21, while other developers reported blocks on specific IP addresses and foreign locations.
