When logging into a public Apple ID, I get a 'Two-Factor Authentication' prompt asking for a verification code. What should I do?

Other users have linked their phone number to the shared account, activating two-factor protection. Solution: Clear your browser cache, refresh this page to get a new public Apple ID, and follow the instructions strictly.

My phone shows a 'Lost iPhone' message and asks me to contact an unofficial person. What should I do?

This means you used a public account in your phone's settings, and another user has marked it as lost. Solution: Enter your screen lock passcode to disable lost mode, and immediately sign out of the public Apple ID in Settings. Do not add any third-party contacts.

When trying to download Hiro VPN, I get an error saying 'App Unavailable'. What should I do?

- Your Apple ID is still linked to the 'Russia' region. - You just changed the region, and the data hasn't updated yet. - An old version of Hiro VPN remains on your device, conflicting with the App Store. Solution: Make sure you are signed in with a foreign Apple ID. If that doesn't help, completely remove the old version of Hiro VPN, restart your phone, and try again.

When logging into the App Store, I get an error saying 'Verification Failed'. What's wrong?

This happens when you try to update Hiro VPN using one Apple ID, but the app was originally installed using a different one. Solution: Sign in with the Apple ID you used to install the app and update it. Alternatively, delete the app and reinstall it.

When using Hiro VPN, I get a message saying 'Cannot purchase this item'. Why?

An old version of Hiro VPN remains on your device and conflicts with the current version from the App Store. Solution: Completely uninstall Hiro VPN and reinstall it.

When downloading, I get a message saying 'This item is no longer offered'.

The reason is the same — an old version conflict. Solution: Delete the old version and try installing again.

How do I update Hiro VPN if it was downloaded through a public or foreign Apple ID?

To update, you need to sign in again with the same account used to install the app. Do this only in the App Store, update the app, and then sign out immediately. Alternatively, delete the old version and install the new one using a current public account.

Do not log in to the public account in the Apple ID settings on your phone! This may result in the deletion of your data.

Attention! If you are asked to «confirm the phone number», it means that you have made a mistake.

Go to the App Store and sign out of your current Apple ID account.

Log in to the App Store using your public Apple ID.

After logging in with your public Apple ID, you'll see the Apple ID security page. Make sure to click «Other Options».

After clicking the «Other Options» button, make sure to click the «Don't Update» button.

If the content of the App Store homepage changes to Traditional English, it means that you have switched to an American Apple ID account. In this case, click on the download link to download the app.

After downloading, tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the App Store, scroll down, tap «Sign Out» and sign in with your personal Apple ID.

Creating a New Apple ID

Go to the Apple ID creation website and create a new ID.

After entering the above information, please verify your email address first, and then your phone number.

Go to the App Store and sign out of your current Apple ID account.

Sign in to the App Store using the newly created Apple ID.

If the content on the App Store home page changes to English, it means you have switched to the US Apple ID account. In this case, click the download link to download the application.

When a new Apple ID user downloads software for the first time, Apple requests additional information.

Changing the Region of Your Current Apple ID

Go to the App Store, then tap on Account

Go to Account Settings, then select 'Country/Region'

Apple may ask for additional information. Follow the instructions step by step.

If the content on the App Store home page changes to English, it means you have switched to a US Apple ID account. In this case, click the download link to download the app.

After downloading HiroVPN, you can also follow the steps above to change your Apple ID region back.
